Communication: PIP Networks

Email messages going through remailer networks can be delayed for hours (or more) before being delivered.
This is somewhat acceptable for email.
But not for real-time network traffic.

We want to be able to do web browsing, electronic commerce, and chat rooms privately, in real time.  We can use specialized solutions:
e.g. Anonymizer for web browsing

Or we can use a general Pseudonymous IP (PIP) Network.
Allows real-time Internet communications, using a pseudonymous source address.
